Brief

Fresh Boxed delivers farm-fresh produce straight from their farms on Australia’s east coast, directly to your doorstep.

Launched during COVID 19 pandemic within an established, competitive market, they required an engaging, appealing & functional eCommerce site to sell directly to consumers with contactless delivery.

Along with custom website design, the eCommerce aspect required more complex configuration including custom, automated checkout and email confirmations, additional reporting functionality which could then be fed directly to their fulfillment center’s operating platform, postcode restrictions and additional delivery date selection options.

Design Counsel worked alongside Et Collective to deliver this project on time and within budget. We continue to work with the client on a range of side projects as well as providing ongoing training and support.

I was referred to Claire by another very happy customer and myself and my team are absolutely over the moon with the end result of our new and completely overhauled company website.
